stupid ipod

don't mind me just having a vent.

trying to get my ipod shuffle to work and it seems to have a mind of it's own. If I have to restore that thing once more I'm going to scream! It keeps jaming/dropping out/chucking a spac ....

If I had of brought it I would of been boxing it back up and taking it back by now. But having one last ditch effort before it goes sailing off out the door and into the rain.

I think if it does work I'm going to have to invest in some earphones, the ones that come with this thing are AWFUL. The ones that came with my much cheaper (and less prone to spac attacks) ministry of sound mp3 player where soooooo nice and compfy. Wish I still had them - but then if I still had them I'd still have my mp3 player hehe. The ipod ones are like sticking two big fat thumbs in my ears - actually I think the thumbs would be more comfy.

Okay up to song 113 of 138 - fingers crossed that it doesn't go all mental in the final moments!!!

One good thing did come out if it all though. I have sorted through a few of my cd's (triple J ones) and rated them all, something I have been meaning to do for awhile now. My reactions to some of the songs, some I really liked, others I really really liked, others I wanted to give higher then the highest rateing of five stars. While others it would take only a few seconds of the song to play and I'd already be giving it a three (only really bad or annoying songs go below a three star rateing). I was quite surprised when it came the few Wolfmother songs in the mix - I was caught off guard by how much I actually don't like Wolfmother, never realised I wasn't a wolfmother fan before. I only gave one of their songs a rating over 3 (which was Minds Eye). The biggest surprise was though was that I liked a Little Birdy song... As Stacy would be able to tell him - I don't like Little Birdy, the first song I ever heard of their Come on, Come on I would have to trun what ever it was playing on off or onto something else. Stacy got their album awhile back and because he knew of my strong reaction to Come on Come on, he joked that he had gotten a cd that I would love - and when he said what it was I told him politely what he could do with that one.. haha. So wait till I tell him that I found a Little Birdy song I like (B aby Blue), I'm sure he'll laugh at me although there is nothing new about that (I always make Stacy laught at me!).

Just goes to show that I'm not one that really goes by 'bands/groups' but the songs themselves... maybe I'll have to give Little Birdy more of a listen.

Oh. Happy to report - Ipod works. Siting here with my ears going ouch ouch ouch, listening to tunes on my Ipod... and just so you can all laugh at me to [beause I just laughed at myself].... I turned the volume up to high, so when the song started I went to turn the volume down on my computer speakers.... I was wondering why nothing was happening to the screaming in my ears until I looked down at the ipod in my hand and realised that I was an idoit (okay I realised that a long time again but hey :P).


ohh and just for you all a new photo. Look what I found out shopping yesterday... EASTER EGG's!!! Funny enough they where right near the discounted christmas stuff!!
