Time to Move forward

I really haven't felt like blogging - as in some ways I don't want to post anything after that last post - as to post anything after it would take away from it's importance - silly really.

I don't really want to go into details on what I did and what I felt this week. Which I guess is something of a change for me - I'm normaly quite one to 'unload' on anyone who will stand still for five seconds. But for the first time in awhile I don't want to share with others my thoughts and feelings.

The only thing I will share is to say that I marked wednesday in a way that was significant to me.

The sunflower in my last post was becasue that is something that will always remind me of Saani's friendship - about the way I felt and how lucky I was to have known her.

I feel as if so much has changed - This month has been a whirl wind of changes really. I hope it has stopped.

I can feel myself standing at another big junction point in my life going "where to from here" ....

But. Lets not get into all that..

Time to share some layouts - after all that's what you all really come here for isn't it :P and not for my good looks ROFLMAO!

Hi Peta,
I've just spent a little time catching up with your blog, and I'm so sorry to read about the loss of your dear friend a year ago.

I know what you mean about standing at a junction - most times I just let life take me where it wants me to go, but occasionally I have found myself feeling like I need to make a definite decision about the direction I'm going to travel in.

I'm sure the path you choose will be good for you :-)

Love the layouts!
Rett xx

I'm so sorry for the loss of such an important person in your life. This has also been a hard month for me. So, I can understand why you didn't want to post after that last one. We carry the people we lose in our hearts and forever in our memories. Believe it or not, there will come a time that you can think of her, smile and not be sad anymore. I know right now you're raw and with it being a yr, it seems like the feelings come back harder than before. It rips you out of your denial hole and you're forced into reality, which is that they're gone.
They say time heals everything, but it doesn't really heal. The thing it does do, it makes surviving easier.

Her memory will be like a shining light in your life forever. Something you can carry with you wherever you go.

You are a wonderful person and I'm sure shhe was just as grateful to have you in her life!
