Scraptastic

Well the old paper supplies have certainly been getting a work out!!! I did the little card just for fun and because it was my parents Anniversary on new years eve [they have been married for 34 years!!!] It's just a little accordin type of card and is only a whole 2" by 2" - so cute hehe. The ribbion ties up at the back to close it all up.

Now this came about purely because I was bored stupid! I noticed the box sitting on the table that my Dad's birthday pressie had come in [a mug with Grumpy writen on it from the girls] and thought to myself that I would look great scraped..... So I pulled everything out and orignaly I was going to make it green and pink with lots of 'birght' colours -although I had no idea what it was going to be when I finished. But once I put the pink card over the top and went to find a ribbion to go around the side of it... I couldn't keep away from the black it just looked perfect so all of the sudden I was doing a pink, black and white theme!! - And then I found the old photo of me that I had printed out awhile back when I was doing CJ's ..... So My Just me box was created!! hehe :) - and then inside is going to go a little book... [following photo] I'm going to change the 2005 though as I have changed my mind about that, I don't really want to look back over 2005 the more I think about it. The little book is 4" x 4" and I just love all the ribbion hehe :) anything I had that was pink, white or black got pulled out for it!! I have made a change to the box since takeing the photo - where the white dots are on the top of the box are now crystal gems - looks every pretty, and also on the book since photoing it are little pink hedi swap gems that came free with this month's issue of For Keeps :)

In other news - Sadley it's January now so that means it's time to take out my DSW blinkie - I've never had to take down a design team blinkie before : ( Feels very sad to take it out and felt even sadder just now to log into the site and no longer be able to see the specail DT forum. Sad to see it come to an end and I already miss annoying everyone there. *snif*
